This lady fled to Britain to escape Communist East Germany.
No doubt she will now be considering fleeing Communist Britain.
If this case wasn't so disturbing it would be laughable.
Other than to undermine law and order and cause distress there is no reason for this matter to have ever reached the courts.

The report doesn't mention the name of the officer concerned which is a pity.
